Our team consists of restorers, upholsterers, sales advisors, furniture delivery specialists, and art historians. Together, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers worldwide.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to coordinate various sales-related activities from our Waalwijk location.

The Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for all tasks from the moment of sale to final delivery to the customer. Your goal is to provide the best possible service to our national and international clients every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Sales by our advisors take place both physically and online. As a Sales Coordinator, you support the sales advisors in managing the sales process. From our showroom and office in Waalwijk, you maintain frequent contact with both customers and colleagues.
• You coordinate all activities from the sale to delivery, ensuring that all Morentz departments have the necessary information to meet customer expectations.
• You support the sales process by providing sales advisors with relevant information in advance to better serve the client.
• Together with fellow Sales Coordinators, you support a team of 8 Sales Advisors.
• You bring structure to various sales projects, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
• Communication is key. You liaise internally with different departments and, more importantly, you are always one step ahead for the customer.
• You work accurately, processing data in different systems such as our CRM and product & sales order system.
• You instinctively understand how to best support both customers and colleagues.

• You have excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• You handle responsibility well and dislike leaving loose ends.
• You can switch quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is a must.
• Knowledge of design is a plus, but more importantly, you have a genuine affinity with our collection.
